What do I get in the trial?
14 days of Plus free, no card needed. The trial starts once you confirm your email and is available once per account and computer. It includes summaries for up to 20 hours of recording and 200k agent tokens (about 6 questions)
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan and nothing is charged. Your meetings and notes stay. Summaries, agent questions, new notes, document import, custom templates, the calendar, and Share summary will need a subscription
How do the limits work?
Summary hours are the total length of recordings you can summarize. Limits reset every 30 days from the start of your paid period. Recording and transcription have no limits
How do I move to a higher plan?
In the app, open Settings, then Subscription. The new plan starts right away at its full price, and the old one ends. Unused summary hours and agent tokens of the old plan move to the first 30 days of the new one. The new plan's end date is shown before you pay
How do I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel in Settings, under Subscription. After you cancel, no more charges are made, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Then you move to the Free plan. Refunds for a paid period follow the terms of the offer
What happens on my computer and what goes to the server?
Recording and transcription run on your computer, and audio is never sent anywhere. Meeting text goes to the server only when you run a summary. The agent receives only the meeting fragments it finds. We don't keep this text, and the servers are in Russia
Do I need the internet?
Not for recording and transcription, you only need to download the models once on first launch. You need it for summaries, the agent, and payment
